Whoa, pleasantly surprised by these! Never tried lentil chips before, but these have a legit crunch. They remind me a bit of the consistency and crisp of rice crackers, but is a little denser. The crisp is a 3.5in. x 1.5in. rectangle, with a thickness of about 3.4 millimeters. I say these stats because I think they crafted the crisp quite well - any thicker and it would’ve been too hard, any longer and it would’ve been too long for a single bite, and any wider and it would’ve been too large for most mouths. So good job The Daily Crave, my on-the-spectrum brain gives you kudos haha. The flavor of the crisp is really yummy, it’s a well salted aged white cheddar flavor. You get the aged cheesiness which stands up well because it’s not overpowering or undersalted. Definitely recommended for those who are looking for alternative ingredient chips. - 📍@gelsonsmarkets, Silverlake
