I wonder how many chip types So Chips can become my new favorite for? They already have the best/highest potato quality out of any chip I’ve tried, they make my favorite onion chip, my favorite pepper chip, AND now I can say they also make my favorite salt & vinegar chip. Kettle Brand’s s&v chip has been dethroned, and these reign supreme in yet another category.
I’m not the biggest s&v chip fan to begin with since I think they’re usually overdone on the vinegar, but these are actually mildly vinegar-d with a Sherry vinegar. You can also taste the fanciness and “French-ness” of the vinegar somehow. No flimsy chip doused with industrial strength white vinegar over here! And excellent potato base per usual - I really urge anyone who loves #potatochips to try them out from this maker. I’ll describe it again, it just tastes like they use the most naturally potato-y potatoes ever. Great crunch, amazing texture, and not too fried or hard or flimsy. They really are effortlessly delicious and I always finish the full bag. In a recent poll in my stories, 17% of you said you weren’t into salt and vinegar chips.
