REVIEW: 🇫🇷 So Chips 5 Baies

Aaaand these are the best pepper chips I’ve ever had! So Chips has been such a pleasant discovery, and I’m sad their products aren’t in stores in the US (yet) 😢 They’ve impressed me over and over again with their sheer chip quality. They also make my favorite onion chip, and these are now my favorite pepper chips too. Normally #pepper isn’t a top flavor for me, but I do like it a lot. I messed up the translation when I first got these, “baies” is #French for “berries”, but these are NOT #chips flavored with 5 different kinds of berries lulz. They are flavored with 5 different kinds of PEPPER, So Chips was being a little cheeky with the flavor naming 😂Makes much more sense haha, as if the #peppercorns on the bag weren’t enough for me to know this. Actually though, out of the 5 peppers of black, white, green, pink, and red, pink is actually a peppery flavored berry. The other 4 are like tea, the same plant but just different treatment of maturity, drying, skin/no skin etc. The amount of pepper seasoning is just right, not too much, but enough for a full bodied, complex, aromatic, and slightly spicy flavor. So good. And once again, once again, SoChips has the MOST impressive potato quality. Just the most #delicioustexture and naturally flavored potato, fried with a high high quality oil.
