REVIEW: 🇪🇸 Sal de Ibiza Chips a la Flor de Sal de Ibiza

✈️ Chipalytics Travels! Now THIS is a high end chip, and my favorite chip I tried in Spain. It’s also amongst my top #potatochips now! I was a little worried because pretty much all the plain potato chips I tried in Spain were undersalted to me. So I thought the local taste preference was just less of a sodium bomb, but these are salted quite well - even for my tastes! Amazing crunch you can only get from a thicker kettle cooked chip done well, textured with curves and air bubbles, great flavor from the high quality potatoes, salt, and oil. The only nitpicky thing that makes it less than a 10.0 is the chip does taste...heavier, if that makes sense. More decadent would probably be more accurate, which is NOT a bad thing, it just means I can’t eat an entire party size bag (like I can with, for example, Boulder Canyon chips). Still, highly recommended! - 📍Ibiza, Spain

So what’s going on with this chip? Here are its highly scientific stats: Saltiness: HIGH Flavor level: HIGH Thickness: THICK

Opinion ratings (1-10): Crunch: 10.0 Texture: 10.0 Flavor: 9.6

Overall: 9.7
