Yum! Love well done plain corn chips. Especially with good ingredients, which are definitely detectable with these Organic Blue Corn Chips from @rwgarcia - addicting ground blue corn, well composed chip structure, and nice oil flavor (which is rare!). I generally love the rougher texture of the stone ground blue corn and there is a slight smoky flavor to it. The chips are are the lower side for salt, but the overall flavor of the #chips is great. Only complaint is the shape and size of the chips aren’t good for scoping dips, but I liked the flavor of these enough to eat plain. - 📍Thank you so much @rwgarcia for sending these to me to try!
