What a fancy and delicious chip! I felt like I was having these in a crystal bowl accompanied with sparkling water whilst overlooking the #AmalfiCoast. When in fact, I was in pajamas, on my couch, watching #CodeGeass.
These are awesome though, Luke’s Organic really creates an incredibly refined and well-made chip. The #whitetruffle flavor is not overpowering at all, and is a nice aromatic flavor that’s most like and somewhat similar to a blend of garlic and shallots. The chip is further fancified with Fleur de Sel, which is a very fancy pants salt (the specialness has something to do with how they’re harvested and the structure/retained moisture of the salt crystal). The chip itself tastes almost like it was made fresh, which is so impressive and usually almost impossible from a bag. No weird oil taste or manufactured feeling, just a fresh, bright, lovely seasoned potato chip. This chip made me feel a type of way - it really reminded me of being in #Italy.
