Needed a bit of a chip #detox after Cabo, so made a grown up decision and went with @lukesorganic 😆 So far I’ve only tried Luke’s flavored #potatochips and haven’t delved into the healthier/multigrain & seed dipping chip options (I have 3 total to try!). I was pleasantly surprised since this was really solid for a protein dipping chip. A good choice for salsas and guacamole, and a healthier choice with a blue corn, #quinoa, and millet flour base.
Both the crunch and texture were good, which may not be the case for all #proteinchips. Usually protein chips can be dense or fall apart, but this chip was composed like a normal tortilla chip with comparable texture and crunch. I also actually wouldn't have known it had red lentil from just the texture, you can see the red lentil on the chip but it did not explicitly taste like it and you couldn’t feel lentil bits. Together with #bluecorn, you get a nice earthy taste. There's also some extra heartiness from the multigrain and seeds but they weren’t detectable in texture, so this would be a good option if you want a #healthierchoice but don’t want a super seedy chip. It is definitely a more rustic chip though (which I happen to like), but note that for me this chip was not a standalone snack. I could eat it alone, but did prefer it with salsa. Mainly because I didn’t think it was salted enough, which makes sense if it’s a dipping chip only. Either way I think I would’ve preferred more salt. But this did make me feel like that healthy #SethRogan meme 😂 - 📍Thank you SO much to @lukesorganic for sending me these! You can find them on @amazon or @thrivemarket.
