My first ketchup chip! Do other #ketchupchips also have mustard and pickle flavor or is Luke’s Organic just genius-overachiever-mad-chip-scientists? Because these are GREAT, the flavor is the perfect blend of three somewhat dangerous and easily overdone flavors - but Luke’s does an excellent job at the mix and not one is overpowering. The #ketchup is slightly sweet, slightly vinegary, which complements the tangy pickle flavor well in the background, as well as the great mustard flavor that’s blended in. The #mustard flavor is the brown deli mustard kind (with the seeds), not the yellow bottle #frenchmustard flavor. So this chip didn’t taste like a burger, it definitely tasted more like a fine deli sandwich flavor.
I’ve also tried a couple of #chips from Luke’s, and their kettle chip is now one has my favorite chip bases 🥰 It was the crispiest, the most hard fried kettle chip, which results in the crunchiest chip texture. The chips are also on the thinner kettle chip side which I prefer, but are not thin-thin by any means. It just means they’re not the super thicc #kettlechips you have to chew through like livestock (do you know what I’m talking about haha). They also use AVOCADO OIL which is one of my favorite oils for chips - I highly recommend trying #avocadooil chips, it has an amazing, almost refreshing taste, the oil is rich and fatty but not shitty tasting, and it just produces an amazing fry and fresh afterflavor. - 📍Thank you SO much to @lukesorganicfor sending me these! You can find them on @amazon or @thrivemarket.
