Was brought back some Peruvian Lay’s from a trip, and I’m happy to report that these are a very solid potato chip option! I was kind of expecting something like the #lays from Spain - decent ingredients, somewhat well done, but really undersalted - but these are definitely salted enough for my tastes. Turns out these are also more natural than American Lay’s since it only consists of 3 ingredients: potatoes, oil, and salt. They result in a not-quite-gourmet-but-almost taste, and miss the very processed taste of American Lay’s. That means they are good #chips, taste like somewhat real potatoes, but do suffer a bit on general crunchy and crispiness. It’s a bit on the harder side but still crunches well regardless due to the small ridges. - 📍Peru
