REVIEW: 🇹🇼Kuai Kuai Caramel Milk Flavor

Now this is how you do a sweet puff base. While the flavor wasn’t my favorite, this should be at least a reference for any company looking to make a sweet corn puff! Really light and airy, perfect little shape (not too long or too fat), and a super satisfying sugar crust and resulting crunch. Yummy! I’d compare the sugar crust as a thinner version of the torched sugar shell of a creme brulee. That brittle sugar feeling is here when biting into these snacks, except instead of being greeted with custard after, you get an airy puff. Which makes it more of an everyday thing to eat. Unless you eat creme brulee every day? If so, you are living some kind of dream. The flavor is where this lost me for a bit. Really good at first, I ate about half the bag before I started to notice the aftertaste from the caramel. While the combination of flavors is indeed delicious at first, I think a just condensed milk flavor would’ve been better with this snack. The caramel almost adds too much, and makes the snack somewhat overwhelming towards the end of the bag. This is why I usually eat a relatively significant amount of each snack (or the whole bag if it’s good) before writing reviews. Same thing with the UTZ Crab Chips, I loved them at first, but who just eats a few chips? - 📍@99ranchmarket, Irvine

REVIEW: 🇺🇸Trader Joe’s Veggie Chips

Weird how ‘salt’ is listed as an ingredient for these, because they were not salty at. All. Which is a shame, because these are structured quite well - good airy crunch on a consistent smooth texture
