Had to try a âTex Mexâ chip to see what the Spanish think of American-Mexican food. The answer is a slightly spiced corn chip with a mild tomato flavor. The flavor isnât very strong, so while this chip can be snacked on alone as a no-nap-required-non-sodium bomb afternoon #snack, it could also go well with a dip. It actually wouldâve been quite good with a nacho cheese or queso dip. I tried to see what ingredients they used since it wasnât super obvious other than non-spicy spice, tangy spice meant to mimic cheese, and tomato. But the ingredients were pretty basic and not fully listed, so it remains a mystery. - đBarcelona, Spain
