I’m not sure you can go wrong with Hawaiian flavored kettle chips! This is only the third flavor I’ve tried from them, but it was good as always. They have it down - the chip is always deliciously crunchy, not too thin or too hard AND it’s always seasoned and salted well, not too much or too bland.
This is a special batch, which I’m not sure what that means. I would assume limited edition? The chip itself is plenty flavored with a mixture of salt, some onion, some garlic, and something else making it slightly smokey - I think they were going for a grilled green chili. The only comment is the green chili flavor was not in the forefront. It wasn’t far behind the other flavors, it just wasn’t a mainly chili flavor bomb. The chip isn’t very spicy, and the chili was about as noticeable (but not more) as the onion/garlic. With the strong flavor mix, they balanced it well by salting it enough.

A good snack as always from a good chip brand! My preference is usually brands’ permanent offerings, but this is a solid limited edition chip to pick up and try. I did end up eating way more than I thought, even the curled ones…am I starting to change my opinion on curled chips? I think when the chip has a good crunch and seasoned well, I might tolerate it haha.
