REVIEW: 🇪🇸 El Valle Huevos Fritos

✈️ Chipalytics Travels! I really liked the chip base of these. Really well done kettle cooked chip, thicker but with a good crunch, has the rougher texture of a rustic chip, and is well salted. However, the flavor of huevos fritos, or fried egg, is a flavor you can’t ignore...and for me it wasn’t in a good way. It reminded me of a fried egg you’d get at a Thai restaurant, a super hard/oily fried egg with the really crispy edges. I actually love those, but making a chip with an essence of that flavor was kind of strange and off-putting for me. - 📍Ibiza, Spain
